Wondrous Item, Rare, Requires Attunement

These ornate snow globes features various landmarks from throughout the Feengrenze, including Castle Sliberberg, Loch Slanach, Silverwing Valley and the Palace of a Thousand Delights. Tiny enchanted flakes swirl within, regardless of motion, and emit a faint, soothing chime when shaken.

Properties:

• Winter’s Embrace: Once per week, the attuned user can activate the Frostglimmer Globe to cast Control Weather (save DC 15), but only to summon cold, snowy weather with a light breeze. The effect lasts for up to 8 hours and covers an area up to 5 miles in radius.
